Review + Giveaway: Bondi Sands Fake Tan

Summer is gone, but that doesn’t mean your tan has to go with it!

With the amount of self tanning brands and products that are available to us nowadays, no girl should have to go without.

Bondi Sands is my current favourite when it comes to self tanners, so I thought I’d share my thoughts on the range with all you cool cats + there is a sneaky little giveaway at the end of this post.

As the name suggests, this brand is 100% Australian owned – and let’s be honest… who does tanning better than our cousins from across the ditch?

I was lucky enough to be sent four products from the Bondi Sands range to try.

The products from the range included:

Gradual Tanning Milk

Gradual Tanning Milk with SPF15

Gradual Tanning Milk Face

Summer Bronze Instant Wash Off

If I had to pick a stand out favourite of the four, it would have to be the Summer Bronze Instant Wash Off – purely because I have no patience in waiting for my tan develop.

I can liken it to the Le Tan’s Wash Off Tan that I featured on the blog last year – the two are really quite similar when it all boils down to it.

It’s my absolute go-to when I need a last minute tan (which is pretty much every weekend haha) – the only problem is that it leaves the bathroom in a bit of a state…

I’m not usually one for tanning lotions (bad experiences with streakiness), but the Bondi Sands Gradual Tanning Milk and Gradual Tanning Milk SPF15 both pleasantly surprised me.

It’s a slow build and won’t make you gasp in amazingness like the other options (see my reaction to Loving Tan), yet the results end up the same.

I found it took a good 5-6 days before I could see a good solid tan.

Again to my surprise, I found the Bondi Sands Gradual Tanning Milk Face rather hydrating and nourishing (which I’ve found to be quite uncommon in facial tanners).

Enriched with antioxidants, aloe vera, coca butter and vitamin E for beautiful skin – you can definitely feel the difference in the subtleness of your skin PLUS enjoy year round glowing skin!

I forgot to feature it in the photographs, but the range also comes with an Application Mitt which is super easy to use.

The range of self-tan products in the light/medium shade is suitable for all skin types and provides a natural, bronzed look.

I’ve got two gradual tanning packs to giveaway that each include 1 x Gradual Tanning Milk, 1 x Gradual Tanning Milk SPF15 and 1 x Gradual Tanning Milk Face.

To enter the draw, you must subscribe to my blog here OR you can comment below if you have subscribed already (I will be checking ladies :p)

The winners will be drawn on June 19th, 2015.

Bondi Sands is available at selected Unichem, Life, Radius and Amcal pharmacie, and stockists can be found at the website
