New Daily Favourite: Snowberry’s Instant Deep Cleanser

Looking to find a raving beauty review on Snowberry’s Instant Deep Cleanser? Well, here you go.

Being a beauty blogger means I get the opportunity to try and review a number of beauty and skincare products, which makes finding new daily favourites quite a challenge due to the high amount of brand and product competition!

But I can hand-on-my-heart say that after the very first use, Snowberry’s Instant Deep Cleanser *instantly* (no pun-intended) claimed its way to fame by taking its spot as my new daily cleanser and makeup remover.

If you’re a regular reader of this blog then you’ll know that this is the final of three product reviews that I have been collaborating with Snowberry on over the last few months (you may have seen my previous reviews on Snowberry’s Gentle Cleaner & Tone and Snowberry’s So Soft Cleanser). Having now used and thoroughly reviewed all three, it’s safe to say that the Snowberry Instant Deep Cleanser is by far my favourite.

Snowberry Instant Deep Cleanser Review

What does it do?

The Snowberry Instant Deep Cleanser is a unique, herbal oil cleanser that easily removes make-up. Equally importantly, and unlike many aggressive cleansers, the Instant Deep Cleanser will not strip the skin of its natural lipids that are a crucially important part of the skin’s defence system.

For this reason, cleansers of this kind are as critically important part of any anti- ageing routine. It is a misconception that an oil-based product will increase the oiliness of skin. Only products strip the skin’s natural oils will it accelerate more oil and sebum production.

First impressions:

My first thought (before I even put it on my face) was how cool the colour was. I must say that it’s the first bright orange cleanser I have used in my lifetime!

Colour aside, I really liked how the formula and texture felt when it was being massaged into my face. It had that grittiness that we all look for and love in a deep cleanser, but it was also super moisturising which is also important for the skin.

I use about 2-3 pumps per wash which is more than enough to generously cover my entire face and strip away the dirt and makeup, it was really gentle to use around the eyes and left my skin feeling hydrated and nourished.

How did my skin feel after a week of using it?

In comparison to how dry my skin feels when using harsher daily foaming cleansers, I felt that the Snowberry Instant Deep Cleanser left my skin feeling plump and hydrated after a week of use. I can feel and see that my skin is healthier and better off for it, which is why I am going to continue using this cleanser.

How much does Snowberry’s Instant Deep Cleanser cost?

It retails for $NZ51.00 for 50ml. You can find a list of stockists on their website.
