15. L’Oreal Pure Clay Mask – RRP $24.99
I actually did a full review of this entire range when it first launched in March, and it’s been one of my most read articles all year!
There are actually three different masks available under the L’Oreal Pure Clay Mask range: Charcoal, Eucalyptus and Red Algae (Eucalyptus is pictured above). Each of the three masks are tailor-made, and targeted to specific skin types and problems.
The Eucalyptus one would have to be my favourite of the three Pure Clay Masks. It was not only the best smelling one, but it also made my skin feel super smooth and revitalised after using it (the others did too, but this one more so).
It is known for its purifying properties, the creamy texture works deep into the pores, leaving skin visibly purified and mate-looking.
16. SkinVitals Mask – RRP $12.99 each
These are the first masks from Skinvitals that I’ve tried, and now that I’ve tried them I can’t wait to keep exploring their skincare range! This particular one is a premium face mask which has a two-step process.
You place the intensive peptide punch on first which is an anti-ageing pre-mask booster
and then you place the fabric mask over the top.
There are 6 different types depending on the type of skin you have that day.
17. Dermalogica MultiVitamin Power Recovery Masque – RRP $94.00
I know what you’re thinking… if you were going to feature a face mask from Dermalogica why didn’t you choose their award winning Charcoal Rescue Masque?
Well team, I decided to try something new because I’ve featured the Charcoal Rescue Masque quite a few times this year. We all know how great it is by now!
But there are actually other masks by Dermalogica that are equally as good (if not better). I’ve been fan-girling over the new MultiVitamin Power Recovery Masque that helps rescue stressed, ageing skin.
This revitalizing masque contains powerful, concentrated vitamins A, C, E and F to help skin recover from damage that leads to skin ageing, while Vitamin A helps increase elasticity and moisture content, making it the ultimate remedy for dulling, dry, dehydrated, lackluster, photo-damaged skin.
18. Cosmedix Detox Activated Charcoal Mask – RRP $99.00
Charcoal is known for its magnet-like qualities when it works to draw out oil, dirt and impurities from our pores.
When you combine an active ingredient like charcoal with kaolin clay and diatomaceous earth you get something pretty magical… and it’s called the Cosmedix Detox Activated Charcoal Mask!
This particular charcoal mask is perfect for those with sensitive skin and congested pores.
19. Linden Leaves Moisture Replenishing Masque – RRP $34.99
I actually featured this mask in my ‘best face masks of 2016’ post, but because I am so obsessed with it I just had to include it in this year’s post.
Linden Leaves’ Moisture Replenishing Masque is a rejuvenating treatment formulated with powerful botanical extracts to provide intense skin hydration. Leave it on overnight to quench your skins thirst and give you super smooth soft skin!
